The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures as well as the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection that are necessary to be fully observed.
4.1. The Operator stores the personal information of Users in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, internal regulations, and this Policy.
4.2. When processing personal data of Users, the Operator is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data".
4.3. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude unauthorized persons’ getting access to personal data.
4.4. The User's personal information is kept confidential except for cases of the User’s voluntary provision ofinformation about themselves to an unlimited number of persons for general access.

4.7. The rights provided for in clause 3.6. of this Policy may be limited in accordance with legal requirements. 4.10. The User's personal data are stored exclusively in a database hosted on the territory of the Russian Federation, and are used strictly for the purpose specified in this Confidentiality Policy.
4.11. The Operator has the right to carry out a cross-border transfer of personal data and other personal information of the User. In this case, prior to the start of such a transfer, the Operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state, to the territory of which it is supposed to transfer personal data, provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
A cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if a personal data subject has given their consent in writing to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or, if needed, for the execution of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.

7.1. If the Operator has not fulfilled their obligations, they are responsible for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, with the exception of cases provided for by this Confidentiality Policy.
7.2 The Operator is not responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the technical data about the User received during their log-in/registration on the Platform.
